21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller instantly. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any further Goods to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
